smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
It will likely never happen now
The base is a wildlife reserve and the state has been fighting tooth and nail to get the base to close down and leave and if they open it back up to jeep'rs there is a good chance it would open them up to more attack from the tree huggers.

    Heck
The paintball Feild almost got closed because they had a decommissioned tank on a hill pointed at officer housing and it was "scaring their kids"
The barrel of said tank was filled with concrete

You just need access to the base. If you have a DoD common access card (CAC) that gets you through the gate, they'll let you use the hobby shop

They still aren't cheap though. I never used it when I worked on base.

The problem with the 21 year olds is if they're not into bondage and being gagged it's real hard to get them to stop talking.

Caboose117--after looking into it a little more and digging into the HONDO site I dont know if i can justify spending 110$+ on a phone mount. I am cheap i guess haha ...any other suggestions for a phone mount in our trucks out there?

Hondo garage makes a great attachment to the truck. I would suggest getting the Unholey dash mount, but I ended up getting a different phone holder by ram. I didn't like the perfect squeeze. That could save you some coin.

This is what I'm using. I have it mounted next to the hazard light button.

So, I'm not sure the typical KM2 owner on this forum knows how to deal with minor slipping.

I've been almost guaranteed that KM2s will be the death of me if they see anything that isn't dry pavement. My whole subdivision was an icerink today and I'm still alive.

Now, I'm not saying it wasn't *interesting*- but it was something I'd expect anyone who's driven in this climate before to be able to handle.

My commute regularly gives me the impression that everyone else also moved up here from a life spent in Florida this summer. Meanwhile my garbage tier conti all-seasons and 200lbs of sand are doing just fine as I giggle like an idiot every time I step the back out around a bend.
