Finally pulled the trigger in some rims and tires...got the KMC XD 301 17x9 with -12 off set backspacing 4.5 wrapped with Toyo Open Country AT2...should i expect any rubbing? I'm running the Maxtrac with 5100 set at 0 up front and 5100 in the back with the Headstrong 3AAL.

You should be ok, worst case you rub slightly on the cab mount or the rear inside corner of the flares. Flares can be trimmed with razor knife.

What shocks did you end up using in the rear? I was going to suggest these.
Great price, they are a little longer than the b110's which is what I need as well, almost 30in extended. I forgot logistics wise which way they may encounter an issue when flexing but I'm probably going to install some sumo springs to prevent bottoming out the shocks.
Have them sitting in my garage at the moment ready to install for my "custom" rear lift

I’m just running some shock extenders on top of my OME nitrocharger until I can get the proper length kings to match my coilovers

You've been running 3* shims and a .75in DS spacer, correct? Any major vibration reduction from that setup rather than just a CB drop bracket and no shims?

yeah, well, I dont think I need the shims at all, from what I heard Allpro springs dont need them. I just havent taken them out yet; waiting on getting my Tercel fixed before I mess with the truck again lol. BUT i do have the OME CB drop too, and what cure my vibrations...none of these...I had 2 bad Ujoints and replaced them and it had gone away lol. I still have a small vibration which could be shim related, but i also have a whole truck shake im not sure whats causing it....so yeah, lol

    Wow, ok...
Need Tercel pics for proof  What have you done to that now?
Where did you purchase your u joints, OEM toyota stuff or?
I'm just trying to figure out what I need myself, I guess I'll go with the CB drop for now and go from there, maybe shims if it gets worse, or replace those ujoints. My inner CB bushing moves a lot as well, maybe its shot and causing my vibrations.

hahaha, yeah lol, been trying to fix an oil leak that started but i havent gotten to work on her since before the holidays lol. was waiting for a timing cover to come in but it didnt show up until after i left.

yeah cb drop is typically the first place to start then check the ujoints and carrier bearing

Damn, got the same thing on my taco, timing cover is leaking also. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, still waiting to see you go LT on the 06'... ;)
I'll keep that in mind, going to purchase the cb drop from rogue off road here and have them do a power steering pump replacement and do the timing chain and cover seal all at the same time, hopefully I can get it done this month to finally install my somewhat of a new "suspension".
