Tailgate plate to be delivered tomorrow!


Fingers crossed for no shipping damage.

 

If anyone is biting their nails hoping their tailgate skins make it home with no damage, worry not. @RelentlessFab put a lot of effort to protect every corner with heavy duty foam and everything was well wrapped and boxed. I think most of the shipping weight was from all the packing foam.

these guys pack stuff right. This is my 1st gen tailgate reinforcement plate. Ups couldn't bend it.

 

They're in stock, we've been backordered on the black Bigfoot hi-lift bases that is also in your order. We sent a batch of them to the coater about 3 weeks ago, I think they should finally be back this coming week and shipping as soon as we get them.

Are the SOS braces just thicker end plates? I think our braces should have enough wiggle room to still slip them over

 

Yeah. They're 3/16" plate that welds on where the bumper bolts to the frame. Where the factory crash bar was bolted. It also replaces the factory studs with 1/2" bolts.

Yeah, I don't see any reason why our braces wouldnt work. Our holes are all sized just over 1/2"

 

Got my skids yesterday and see you added relief for my exhaust pipe so no need to relocate. Couldn't be happier. Thanks @RelentlessFab
