whats up guys! Many of you have probably heard of a brand called Freedom Offroad, they have some UCAs and Coilovers for deals almost to good to be true. I emailed them asking about how there arms compaired to something like SPCs and this is what i got back. Thought it may help anyone who had a question i had about them.

—> Thank you for your inquiry,

I would not really compare ours to Light Racing. We use hardened rubber bushing ( I am not sure what they use, they just say their special bushing) and ball joints are available through us in the event you need a replacement, $35. Our arms are tubular where it looks as though theirs are stamped steel? Our ball joints have grease zerks and have a dust cap to prevent dust/debris intrusion.

and the new SPC arms have their xAxis joints at the frame which are essentially a sealed captured uniball!

I've had these on my truck for 10 months... not terrible, but not great. I consider them either an "acceptable" budget option or a temporary placeholder until you're not broke anymore.

Have you had an issue? What makes them not great?

probably the fact that they are not adjustable and that they cost less than 300$ even SPC light racing UCA's are like 425$ for starters.

Non-adjustable is understandable. But they’re also not great because they’re inexpensive compared to big name brands? o_O

Being poorly painted which may allow premature corrosion and the ball joind rubber boot isn't very secure and comes out easily.
