First off, thank you guys for a great forum! I have learned all sorts of stuff by reading old posts.

Anyway, my 2017 (5K miles) off road DCLB has a bad case of rear spring sag. Measured at the rear wheel, (with the tires inflated the same) the left side is a full 2 inches lower than the right side, with nothing loaded into the bed, and about 1/8 tank of gas. When I took it into the dealer and complained, they gave it back and said there was only 1/2 inch difference and 1/2 inch is within spec. I measured it right there in the service lane, and yeah, then it measured only 1/2 lower on the left side. After I drove it home I measured it again, and it was back to the 2 inches lower on the left side. I want to get his resolved before I raise the suspension, because once I do that, Toyota will blame the modification.

Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

Just change the suspension and don't look back at the crappy Toyota leafs! Get a set of Dakars and you won't ever have to worry about sagging ever again!

My 2017 Tacoma had leaves in the rear so weak they were actually bending over the rear spring pad , And Toyota told me it was normal.

Depending upon the surface you're measuring on - total flat (front to back and left to right) vs not, you will get different measurements.

Keep in mind the gas tank is on the driver's side, more gas in it the more you'll sag.

You have Taco Lean.... common problem but can be remedied.

Very disappointing, 45k into the truck and i have to buy decent leafs. I just sold my 93 toyota p/u, and the leafs were just fine. Any other suggestions for replacements besides Dakars? I am also thinking about putting BILSTEIN 6112s on the front.

Seems to be the new normal. Keep raising the price while lowering build quality standards.

Yeah but your truck isn’t close to stock. Additional weight will ride different with those leafs. They’ll ride like a dump truck on a stock loaded truck. Armor and bumpers that weigh 500lbs change that

What system are you using to keep the bags pressurized / checked ? By chance the Air Lift Wireless Air ?

Haven't put a system in yet but plan on it in the future, just checking my bags when I do my tire pressure which is usually at least twice a week.
