Cool. Thanks for the info. That’s too bad because my opt 7 fit in my stock housing perfectly.

I put a set on my 2017 DCSB-Sport yesterday. Build quality and finishes was as good as the OEM headlights, same with fitment.
I was impressed considering how cheep these are compared to OEM lights.
All the connectors fit in perfectly, just make sure you hear the snap when you push them in.

They seem brighter than the OEM lights and the black ones do look great on the truck.

I’m impressed. That looks pretty sick.

One thing I’m not completely sold on these lights aren’t really build quality but the DRL has that Subie Forrester kinda look. I think the original upward \__ __/ look is a nice touch of modernity. Man if they just lengthen the bottom part of the LED like \__.— —.__/ I’d be like STFU & take my money!

I agree that would probably look better, but on top gives it an "angry" look.

The square projectors seem to fit right in with the squared off styling of the truck and IMHO they look much better than the Pro versions (lot cheaper too) .

I didn't have the guts to bake and black out my stock lights and all the chrome "bling" was bugging me. To buy another set of lights and the parts to build my own custom set would have cost a lot more than these. Even more than the Anzo's. Not to mention the time and worry of how it will look until it's finished.
I like the Anzo's too but these ones don't have the visible turn signal in the front so it gives a more blacked out look.

I was really impressed when I first stepped back and took a look at the whole new image. These are the type of lights the Pro should have used. I'm glad I bought them and that they fit so well.

Well I finally got these sort of working. When trying to splice the DRL wires together and run a new turn signal circuit to the fifth plug, the lights ended up keeping the yellow lights on as a DRL and the whites only come on with the low beam/high beam, or when my parking lights are on. I'm going to take it for now, because the yellow honestly looks great. It was a pain, but well worth it. I did lose the two bolts that screw the headlight into the fender area, does anyone know what size and length those are? My headlights do a little jiggling around without that contact. The light output is actually pretty decent, but the bulbs I swapped them out for are appearently garbage and I will be looking for something just as good with a whiter light. I will post night time pics when I actually have decent bulbs in. IMG_2688.jpgIMG_2692.jpg IMG_2690.jpg IMG_2691.jpg

So after all of that you baisically got a BHLM & kept the yellow DRL for <$500?

It is more of an upgrade than just a BHLM, and I also kind of like the yellow DRL during the day since it is brighter than the white. The white ring is still present when the lows/highs are on, which I didn't have on my stock housings. There are also dual projector lenses which mine did not have, as well as sequential turn signals in stead of just blinkers. The light output is also greater. So it actually worked out great. Also they refunded me 70$ so I got these for like 350$

They look better in person than the pictures show.

I may have had mine on only just over a week but we've had salt and sand all over the roads so they've received a good blast of crap, wiped them down today to see if there were any scratches or wear showing. Not the slightest scratch so far. I know it's far from a proper test but it makes me feel a little bit better that they may last.
Hit them with the pressure washer and so far no moisture ingress either.
Can't talk about UV resistance as we've not seen any sun up here.

Do you have a pic of them? Still unsure of the square projectors. Thanks for all the info though!

I want these but only if I can put some quality leds in them. Can anyone confirm led brand fitment in these bad boys?

At quick glance, without the TOYOTA emblem in the grille, this looked like those black out silverados.

Not as bright as the stock; the afternoon sun will drown out the drl so I just turn on my fog lights with led bulb from Diode Dynamics.

Albeit it looks great at dawn and dusk:

Since the space behind the low/high beam caps is so small, these are the only LEDs I have found that inthink would fit, but if pretty sure the light output on these types is garbage. I don't think that the standard LEDs with the bulky metal backs will fit in there, but I'm still looking into it.
