How does the color temp compare to the OEM DRL LEDs? Just curious.

Anyone know what bulbs come in these LED projectors for the Gs350s? I'd like to possibly change mine out for yellow ones for the taco but not sure what size bulbs are needed for the swap.

Limited Tacos should have come from the factory looking like that. The projector's ring and the chrome trim ring just look like they were made for each other.

Food for thought: I considered getting LED's when I put fogs on my SR, but I ended up going for the TRD OR version which takes H11 bulbs. My reasoning was that H11's are plentiful, and also your low beams are H11... so if you lose a headlight out in the middle of nowhere, you've got 2 live spares in your fog lights.

I can't remember for sure, but I don't think you can crack those open...at least not easily. And I'd guess that they are not simply "changeable". I would assume that they would be soldered in place and not designed to be changed out. :notsure:

Interesting never thought of that. Guess I may just use film to change their color. Does anyone know if they make an amber film vs the normal yellow ?

TRD OFF ROAD inferno color .
I don't understand, the temp on my fog lights is 5000 K , they match my DRL perfect . I had to replace my HIDS to 5000K , that way everything matches .

I never got around to installing mine and decided that I'm just going to keep the factory ones in place. I'll sell them for cheaper than I paid. (Paid 300 shipped)

    That is awesome!!!

I'm curious if there's a yellow version of the Lexus fog. ?

Is the front too curved to use lamenix film?

How do you like you opt7s?

Wow! That's great. My wife drives a 13' Lexus RX 350. If it uses the same lights as GS, I'll just swap my Tacoma fogs for the ones in the Lexus before I trade it which will be soon (waiting for a low-mileage 16' or 17' RX to become available). A close friend is an auto broker and I get a used Lexus from him every three years right before they hit 50K. My wife likes the new body style of the RX and I personally thinks it looks shitty...but I rarely drive her car and very rarely drives my 16' Tacoma. AAMOF he got me my 16' Tacoma from a Toyota dealer in another state. It had 300 miles on the clock when they brought it to him and I had to title it as "used" but I saved some significant $$ as most dealers were getting MSRP at the time and I only had to pay a minimal "doc" fee.

No yellow version available but it's not too curved for film. OPT7's were too weak. Trashed them and went with SuperNova's. Much better.

Google the part numbers. There may be some on eBay, but best bet is through an online dealer....assumimg you are talking about the OEM Lexus ones, that is.

Finally did the install! Purchased lights from Discount Parts Monster for right at $300. I’m 5’-7” with short arms so I had to take the grill off to install. Took me about 45 minutes but I was also not in a rush. Love the way this looks on my Limited!5DF6A901-1F42-43E5-9DA5-51113E5E7866.jpg8FB6FF0A-FFDC-4DE4-99B2-077AD06E11AD.jpgC64EB1FE-474E-4A65-8306-256FCC913786.jpg8479EE4E-490C-4562-818B-000099D7C99D.jpg

I installed the newest version of these and I am happy with the results. I am not sure what changed but the numbers that supersedes these are 81210-48051 and 81220-48051. Fit perfectly and were totally plug and play. These are what come on a lot of the new Lexus cars.

RockAuto may have them even cheaper....although it probably wouldn't be an actual Toyota/ Lexus part
