    Ha ha that's a good one. One of the guys we were with that day checked the mud pit and said it was only 2 ft. deep. Guess he didn't check the the whole thing. :D

    A thing or two...
    De-pin the connector next time and you won't have to hack up your firewall grommet. Should be simple to do with a small, flathead jeweller's screwdriver. Another option if you can't de-pin is to chop the harness 6-12 inches behind the plug and solder it back on after running through the firewall.
