Usually people tend to more easily post negative reviews compared to positive ones. So I thought I would add a little insight into how you are treated as a customer when you make a purchase with Pelfreybilt.
It first started in November 2017 when I purchased some skid plates from them followed by a front bumper which shipped today.
Every step of the process you are treated with respect, made to feel important and contacted if anything changes. At no time are you left in the dark as to what is happening and that is probably one of the most important things when buying online. I live in Ontario, Canada so things have a long ride all the way from California.
In my emails, I dealt with 4 different individuals and each one were a pleasure to deal with.
Great job to everyone at Pelfreybilt!

I totally agree with you...I just received my first and likely last new Pelfrey product. Not because it wasn't a good experience, but Im covered armor wise now for what they provide. Anyway, communication was professional and prompt...skid came in perfect order and bolted right up. It was quite a seamless process for me and am glad to have their skid on the ride. That said, I hear that Pelfrey customer service is exceptional from other folks on here. Thanks for the review!
