Just the antenna. The Futaba receivers that I use have a long wire-antenna. On my 1/8 I tuck it in the receiver box and run a little shorty post (you can't even see it on the truggy, it's under the body). But I couldn't find anywhere to route it on the 22 4.0SR, so I just ran a post.

I was being facetious, I just haven’t seen a full length antenna tube.

I sorta figured but just giving an explanation. I just didn't want the wire in the way, tucked inside (with so little room on this model). I try to do it if I can but in this case, I thought the antenna was the best route.

That’s the kit I’ve got, too. A $5 ESC from fleaBay would be enough.

I need a servo, motor mount, drive shaft to the transfer case, longer shocks, and upper links. LOL. Not much left to do.

Just found this thread. Built this scx 10 from the ground up. Made the mistake of bringing iit on the beach with me amd never cleaned it off. Time for a rebuild i guess! The boat is a blackjack 26, been so long i forget what motor esc combo i have in it, but i clocked it at 60mph+...the trailer i custom built out of aluminum and old coil springs and shocks from a onroad racer i had.

Both drive shafts are locked up, this thread made me go out and spray penetrating oil on them, hoping to free them up, if not guess ill be ordering another set of mip driveshafts, lol. Axles seem to be free and motor and trans are ok. ill clean up the rust and never bring it on the beach again, haha.

If the oil doesn't help I have a suggestion. Pull them off and soak them in a tall glass with a mix of tablesalt and water. All the saltwater to fill the female side of the slip and let it sit for 10-20 minutes. Once they free up a good rinsing in fresh water followed by a blow gun and some more oil. Some "Hair of the Dog" of sorts.

its actually brake line. 5/16th maybe? i forget. but then i put a rod through sticking out on each end that was the same inside diameter of the wheel. works fairly well, never had them lock up on me.

Ok finally bit the bullet. Got a Vaterra Twin Hammers rtr with 3800mAh battery. Seemed like the best of both worlds (crawl and speed) and the daughter will be stoked.
