ECGS did not fix vibes

I put new billys on, 887 coils, 1 inch block in rear, ko2 265/75/16 had it aligned and had the vibration you get at around 30 mph and goes away when put in 4wd, I then installed ecgs bushing and it did not fix the vibes. Any ideas?

 

Could be torque converter lockup. Mine does it around 40mph when the truck wants to shift to 5th so it’s bogging down and I get vibes. I also have the ecgs bushing, and it did get rid of some vibes but not the one at 40-45mph.
