looking at a 1981 pickup with 234k miles, original mostly, but has Weber carb, hooker header and custom exhaust, for 3500. Is this a good price, and how easy to find replacement seats? Any help appreciated.

I found mine without a bed with 97k miles an old farm truck .the interior is trashed and I've replaced tons of stuff. I found a old bench seat and am in the process of re upholstering it got the seat for 25 bucks and the cover for 50.

$3500 seems pretty steep unless its in fantastic condition. I paid $2k for my 1980.

Seat swaps are pretty easy on these trucks. Honda Civic seats are almost a bolt in swap. In most cases 3 of 4 holes line up, so you can just drill one more hole and be good.
