Good friend of mine just bought a CNC plasma table and can cut out all kinds of very cool pieces and components. That leads me little excuse to not build a bumper. So with that said is there a database with access to open source CAD files with other builds to utilize this machine? I’m looking for a rear bumper with tire swing, dual swing if possible.

I don't know about open source because its a lot and I mean A LOT of work to design bumpers and simply give plans away. Some might sell you the files. I don't know if Flatlands 4x4 sells 3rd gen plans or not but I know they do for 1st gens. If I were you, I'd go take measurements and just start designing your own. Rear bumpers aren't as hard to design as front bumpers. Use cardboard templates and when you have something you like, start in on drawing it up in cad or if its a PlasmaCAM operated table, you can draw parts in that too pretty easily.

Gotta do it yourself man. It isnt super hard. The hardest part is getting the mounting bolt pattern and spacing correct.

I bought one of the all pro knockoffs from ebay, for $520 with powdercoating. its not even worth cutting on the plasma after I spend $100 in material, 150-250 on powdercoating, and the rest of my time mocking the bumper up and drawing it in CAD. I can basically justify spending more hours at work and just buying it complete.

I've been working on something else for the front but its just a project when I get time.
