there are no ridge grapplers in a 16 in size, probably wont ever be,,, i know i love my 17 in. grapplers,, 265/70/17... probably wont buy anything else again, why not step up to 17 in rims,,, some sr8's matte grey would look killer,,

Yes, I realize they are not available for 16" wheels, that's why I created the thread. Nitto has a "new tire size" request page, to gauge interest in future tire size offerings. If enough people request a certain size, they will offer them. My post was to encourage others to follow that link and request a 16" wheel version. Guess I should have been more clear on that ;-)
Stepping up to 17" inch, is just too expensive. The cost of 5 new rims, plus new tpms sensors depending on the wheel, plus paying the dealer to reprogram for the TPMS, that's over a $1000, and I'd still have to buy the tires. My mod budget is pretty tight. And as for selling my current set to help pay for them, my local craigslist is already full of third gen wheel/tire combos, you can't give these things away in Colorado.

I requested as well. I have zero interest in having 17" wheels on my truck.

    Loose nut behind the wheel.
I requested the same. I prefer 16" wheels. Other tire makers will get my money if Nitto doesn't want it.

Couldn't get the form to work, but I'm hoping for 285/75/16 Ridge Grapplers once my Duratracs run out in a few years. Love my FN Countersteers too much. Plenty of tire options, but only one countersteer.

Not to hijack and change the direction of my own thread, I really hope to someday roll the RG's. But in the mean time, I'm needing to get new meats before the summer. I'm really excited to see what size and load rating is offered for the new General A/T X next week. If they release a 265/75/16 in "C" load, I'll probably give them a try...

I feel the same way for a BFGoodrich (K02) All Terrain tire in a 255/80 or 255/85 16 size. It only comes in a Mud Terrain tire.

I filled out the request. Falken will get my dime if Nitto doesn't want it.
