Here ya go. Hard to get the full brightness with the iPhone. But they're awesome. Glad I chose these. I have them down a little lower so they're hitting the ground more than for a full reach. These are really going to be used for camping.

Pretty sure everyone is copying Rigid.

With regards to LEDs...yes, Rigid has set the standard. Lots of copy cats.

Thanks Ryan! I'm very much leaning toward doing this.

Would it be possible to get a picture of your ignite pods (assuming you still are using them there) standing further back from the truck? I'm curious how much they stand out relative to larger pods.

Anybody wired these for the outlet in the truck bed? Would like to hang a couple around my bed rack, but considering the mount and size, I am not sure I want to take to the time to wire these all the way up to the engine bay. I'd just be using them for camping, so I wouldn't need on/off access in the cabin.

Finished my install of Rigid Ignite rear lights (after procrastinating with them sitting in the garage for two months). Thanks @Siblue for the great idea. See here for write-up on installation.

Liking the l size of these, thinking of trying to find something I can mount on the underside of my rack for side lighting in camp. Anyone know of a good rotational mount?

What gauge is the wire on the ignites and the stock reverse lights wiring? Would like to use a couple posi taps that I have. Idk if the difference is too far off though. Haven't received my ignites yet.

The Ignites are 22ga or so. If the reverse light is thcker gauged I would go by that on the Posi-taps. Now that I think about it, go with blue. I tapped into the turn signals for a resistor and used blue. The smaller wire can always be folded over and doubled.

The 110v outlet in the bed? They won't work without some sort of inverter probably. These lights are 12v.

I have a couple of these. The output is excellent but the wiring is laughably thin.

"No metal was trimmed" lol. Its all plastic haha. Before I changed my rear bumper out, I honestly thought my rear bumper was chrome. I debated cutting it to add LED pods as reverse lights. I ultimately didn't do it because I didn't know how cutting the "chrome" would work out.....When I removed the rear bumper I noticed it was all plastic anyways. Damn Toyota. lol.

So that sounds like a no. Thanks for the reply. I am not well versed at all in lighting and have no confidence trying to add lighting to my truck.

Sorry if it was a dumb question. Thanks again. I still don’t understand the outlet in the bed of the truck. Seems to serve little to no purpose.

There are no dumb questions. I'm no expert either. The point of the bed outlet was so guys could run power tools and such. The way it works is kind of dumb unless you modify the inverter inside the truck.

I'm sure you could find a set of 110v lights that could plug into there. Anything that works on household current should work.

Thanks so much for the information!! Essentially I hoped these lights would plug into the bed outlet and flood some light so I could hook up and reorganize my drift boat in the dark.

I liked the idea of the Go Pro Mount as well because I could stick it to parts of the boat and it won’t tip over or move when moving around the boat. Back to the drawing board.
