Canopy, fitted seat covers, OBA with self leveling air bags, 100w solar, dual Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms, side & rear LED work/FU lights, CB, cell booster. 7x16 cargo conversion, 3" lift, 7'x6.5' fold down aluminum rear deck.
Bathroom final resin coat done. Flooring installed. This weekend, the closet will get installed and glassed in place then bathroom will get final sanding and then paint. Floor is floating, so will have to figure out the edge trim. After bathroom & closet are done, kitchen will be next to include all water lines/gas lines/electric.

Lightening holes in the seat bases. Need to do a bit of welding to join the T joint, need to make the backing plates with welded nuts first.

Working on the Airstream the last couple days. Bathroom is has been glassed, sanded, filled, sanded again, and now has 2 coats of paint. Needs one more coat of paint to get it uniform (has a few dark spots). Using Rustoleum Bath & Tile paint, so it is a bit on the thin side.

    Thanks.
I need to figure out how to get a 1" stainless pipe/tube bent to a weird shape for a shower curtain rod. Almost a ~ shape. Im thinking make a template in wood, fill pipe/tube with sand (add end caps), then use brute force to bend it into the correct shape.

While digging a hole to put in a post to attach a cover (to keep bird shi* off the trailer), I found that the neighbors house has the water line for the gararge/shop/former apartment going across the property line and only 8" below the orignal grade/15" below the gravel and rock that we put in for the driveway.
Found it with a post hole digger. Unfortunately, neighbors were out if town and the water main was jammed. Took the city guy about half an hour to get the water turned off so I could cut out the damaged section and repair it. Had to patch it with a split radiator hose and hose clamps until we got the water off. City guy was very helpful.

A little left to do in the bathroom, but it is plumbed and wired.
The vanity door will get worked on tomorrow. Having some trim rings made for the exhaust fan vent pipe, hopefully they will be done friday.

Tubing for the car came in this morning... Neighbors were probably trying to figure out why there was a semi in front of the house.

Built some shelves in the closet (will get a 1x2 reinforcement under each one). Also built doors for the closet.
    20180327_141444.jpg
The exhaust for the bathroom vent runs through the back of the closet and out the bottom. Made some trim rings to make it look a little better.

Tomorrow, Im going to start cleaning and painting the roll cage tubing. Painting it before it gets assembled to prevent rust from handling the bare metal. Took everything out of the car and cut the bolts off that held the running boards on. I decided it would be easier to work on it with the running boards off and all of the body nuts were spinning, so the bolt heads had to meet the grinder.

Working on the cage. Got the main hoop cut even and marked every inch on the legs and vertical center line on front and back. Going to shorten it another 1/2 inch for clearance on the headliner.

Ok. So, this thing is nice. Perfect notches that fit the tubing without any gaps.

Main hoop and side bars tacked in place (will get broken down and cleaned for final TIG welding). Rocker bars cut to size and in place, these are required because my stock floor is gone and my frame rails are not on the outside of the seats (crash protection). Back brace is cut to size and firmly in place, this is where the height markings start to help.
    20180330_193009.jpg
Tomorrow, I get to figure out how to get the ¤¤¤¤ windshield bar in. That is the one piece out of them all that I am not in any way looking forward to figuring out.

Didnt do the windshield bar today. Did the dash bar, rear struts, and started the door bars (these will be swing outs).
    20180331_200810.jpg 20180331_200826.jpg
New neighbors have kids, so I wont be doing lots of work tomorrow (gonna keep grinder use to a minimum). I will probably just work on the door bars to get the 35 degree notches cut on the ends.

Getting a little done today without too much noise bothering the neighbors Easter party.
Polished and installed light mounting panels under the front cap of the Airstream. Not perfect because there are scratches in the aluminum rings I made, but I think it looks fine for what it is.
    20180401_142025.jpg
Cut and fitted the windshield bar in the car.

Got the diagonal roof bar done (no picture because I didnt tack it in). It was a bit of a PITA because the two notches had different center lines 18* off from each other and it had to fit in one exact spot to give most diagonal strength but allow just enough room for the gussets.
