You should not have to dremel the mount. You will just need to dremel the upper part of your console to allow it to open close smoothly.

Josh. If the switch pros doesn’t fit into the mount you may have to file it a little to get it to slip in. It is a very close tolerance fit. Also you will have to modify your console similar to what Taf Taco did on his to get it to open and close smoothly.

Anyone got a link to custom stickers?

I have two lightbars behind my grill
    One yellow one white
So I'd like them to be labeled properly without being confusing to anyone getting into the truck without me

yes, I have done the mods
I've been trying to figure this out, too. The solution might be for us to arrange kind of a group manufacture of custom button labels for the switchpro units. I'd go in on one and work on design and layout.

Does anyone on this thread have access to and work with a laser table?

There are amber/front/lightbar stickers. Do those not work?

I used all my stickers from my 8100 that fit that selection
And the 9100 comes with different stickers

Anyone know how to wire a relay into a Switch Pro? Currently changing my wiring to a 8100 and know my bar will draw more than the 15a of my available switches. Basically wondering if I can use the Switch Pro to trigger the relay and how I would go about doing this.

Current wiring harnesss consists of a white, blue and black was connected to my mic tuning switch. I know black is ground and what I gather the white is to the relay and blue was connected to fused source. So what wore do I connect to the Switch Pro to activate my relay and turn the light bar on?

You will use the switch pros to energize the coil the same way you do with the existing switch. A relay diagram should help you identify the pins from your particular relay.

I finally got around to installing the mount.
Had to dremel 1/8th of an inch out of the the top and sides of the mount to get the switch pro controller to fit.

Still need stickers for the buttons.

Also does anyone know if there is going to be an app update for Android devices? Has anyone been able to control theirs with an Android phone?

The app was updated with the release of the 9100
    Delete your app and reinstall.
May have to do it a few times.

Had to do it with my iPhone and my buddies android

Has any one considered using a 1 pin waterproof connector for connecting the wires instead of a terminal?

I did. Then I went with a terminal strip because the tray was set up for it.

I invested in a weatherpack crimper and depinner when doing all my BD lights on my racks and I am never going back. So easy and much cleaner looking than ugly butt splice tubes.

Well my issue is I'm in a high dusty area and dirty area (Asphalt Plant). My engine compartment is going to get chopped and an engine cage built in pace of core supports. So I'm looking into connectors that are more sealed. Thinking these connectors might be a better option for me.

I'm about to redo a lot of my early wiring splices/connections from before I knew a better path with weatherpack connectors. Utah gets super dusty the second you get offroad, so I can appreciate the desire for resistance to the elements.

Cool. Yeah, I'll most likely make some kind of mount for the connectors so they are not just hanging there. I'm still a few months away from gathering my elecrical stuff. So when you do redo your connections I would like to see what you come up with.

It won't be a solid bus-type look. It's just going to be all the small random splices for things like my raptor lights, etc.

Del-City carries a 22 connection bulkhead pass through. I've been tempted to do something with one, but don't have 22 wires I need connected.

Has anyone found a good point for the 8100 light sensing wire in the underwood fuse panel??
