if you can deal with just 1.5deg caster, that is. the driving part with low caster is not for everyone.

This. I had 2.5" lift and the alignment was close but no cigar. Freeway driving felt "floaty" and loose at times. After TCs and alignment, it's night and day difference.

this is part of what I'm talking about. alignment is for more than just clearance. if you gotta do like that cus the budget, that's fine just be aware and honest about the compromises you're signing up for.

SPC LR UCA's going on 6 years with no issues and the alignment is perfect 0,0,3 every time.

Forum member here was selling his brand new in box for $400 and I was able to grab em for a bit less. There are group buys for them once in a while. $485 sounds steep though they should retail for around $400. Did you check out headstrong offroad?

My alignment guys love them. Said they wish every lifted truck had them on it because of the ease in getting the alignments like they should be.

my man said the same. he's a Porsche setup guy and doesn't even work on trucks... except for mine :D. and he said he wished every vehicle was as easy to dial in once i got the SPC's. but he bitched and moaned about it when i still had the stock uca's.

Have you checked out the TRD Pro suspension kit that Toyota is closing out? Front 600lb eibach/bilstein
coilovers and rear resi's for ~$650. A big thread in the gen3 sub-forum. +2" front lift.

I only see JBA’s for $449 and $695. Can someone tell me the difference between the two high caster arms? Do I really need the HD model?

Thanks, after I posted, I saw that. It looks like they are both high caster, but the $695 is for extreme off reading, hence the HD.......

I have some Icon tubular Deltaforce UCAs. They have about 200 miles on them. I have to change to adjustable UCAs for my application.

The design has changed recently in a few ways, a few years ago they were definitely cheaper than they are now.

You can buy the old SPC arms for close to the old pricing by getting the Mevotech arms. They're just rebranded older design SPCs

Is that type of price increase warranted in your opinion? It looks like they just started charging what everyone else already was (camburg etc)

I believe they went to a forged arm in the most recent design (as opposed to the all tubular arms of old), and a fancier/newer style bushing in the arms too

I'm sure part of it was also to stay competitively priced as well
