need to learn more about this stuff
What size tire did you throw in there? And the classic question of did you have to cut anything or have any rubbing?

    285's.
    Rubbing? Yep.
    Cutting? :frusty: Yep.

If you are thinking of a bigger tire size, let me be another one to say that 285/75's do not fit without adjusting, trimming, cutting etc.

Worth it because nothing looks better than 285/75.

Not disagreeing. Just hate seeing posts that say they do fit with no rubbing. Very misleading to the new guys.

Just pulled out the Toytec lift and put in OME Nitrochargers with 888 coils. Like this setup a lot more. Pretty much same height as the previous lift had. 285/70/17 - no rub with some heat gun work. Going to CMC just in case.

Sorry for being late to the party! I have some Amazon ones that are 1.5" spacers all around. Here's the photo showing down the side of the truck. Let me know if ya need anything else. Also, just removed the sway bar before taking these photos with no negative affect on the truck.

I will be able to contribute to my own thread soon. Just pulled the trigger on 2nd gen 5100’s front and rear, OME 887’s, SPC UCA’s, and a Dakar heavy leaf pack from @HeadStrong Off-Road.

The plan is to fit 285/75r16’s (maybe KO2’s) on the stock OR rims. To deal with the rubbing, I’ll start with the caster from the UCA upgrade, then choose between trying spacers or going the CMC route.

I'm running your standard 3" spacer lift up front with 2" blocks in the rear and a differential drop kit. Got all my stuff from MotoFab off ebay. Also removed the sway bar. Handles great off road in the mountains out here in Guam! Kit went on easy and has given me no problems since install.

3" lift, roof rack, tint, looking for tires at the moment...
265/65/17 2.5 lift in front 3 in back.
I'm looking for a more aggressive tire to put on my stock rims. This is a great thread to find exactly what I want!
