Well I'm either really screwed or Allpro isn't as bad as everyone says! I called there 4 times today and they finally picked up and I placed an order for the large and small IFS skids. They told me the skids should ship out within a week and that shipping to AZ typically only takes 2 days. Essentially, two weeks is the maximum time from today that I will have to wait for the skids to be at my door. Time will tell if this was a mistake I guess!

It looks like Allpro added a few things to their website in the past day or two so maybe they are starting to get their sh*t together? Hopefully! I would love to see them make a comeback. I'll be sure to make a post when/if i get the skid plates.

Update... I called Allpro today to check up on the skid plates and they said that they have them back in stock today and would try to ship them out today or tomorrow so that they will be in AZ by the weekend. Hopefully my next update will be that I have skidplates on my truck and that Allpro is getting their shtuff back together!

awesome! i’ve heard from other people
that they’ve been working with 4WP and that the individual orders have been on the back burner.

that sucks, but at least i know the company is doing well.

Ive been thinking about going with budbilt skids as well. Sent them something to see if they would get them to mount to the all pro.

So I have been consistently trying to get ahold of Allpro via phone and email over the past week or two and finally got ahold of them... again. I was told this time that the skid plates are done and they are being shipped to Allpro and they will get them Monday and ship them to me on Tuesday. If the two day shipping estimate they gave me is accurate then I will have my skidplates next Thursday.... I'm just hoping by the end of the month at this point

That sucks man. I might end up ordering some from somewhere else and fabbing them to fit the all pro bumper.

Two weeks ago I called Allpro's number and it sent me straight to Trailgear since they are the ones who bought them out. They told me they would call me back when they found out more information and I still haven't gotten that call...

Called Allpro/Trailgear earlier this week and finally got a straight answer and it looks like it'll be at least a month before they start shipping out skidplates again. So I just went ahead and picked up some 3/16 steel and made the things myself! Theyre ready for paint and should be done later this week. I should have done this months ago

definitely going to do the same thing. i’ll throw some cardboard on and line it all up. (unless you’ve got some measurments I can start with...) haha.

Thanks! And I ended up using two sheets of 3/16, the front skid was 21 1/2 X 42 inches and the transmission skid was 21 1/2 X 18 inches. The front skid had three bends 1) 10 inches from the front 2) 15 inches from the front and 3) 3 inches from the back of the skid. The Transmission skidplate only had the one bend in it three inches from the front where it connected to the front skidplate.

Hope this makes sense and helps a little bit. Here's a picture to better explain. The hardest part will be lining up to drill the holes and getting the angles right so everything fits. I definitely recommend a protractor or something.

Did you bend the sheet metal or cut and weld? Nice job BTW

I think it's called a whiskey bend... cut about 90% of the way through, bend it and then weld.
