Got my ECU flashed by 2 Wheel Dyno Works. I've only ridden it once because we've been having terrible weather here lately.

Initial thoughts is that it definitely runs through the gears smoother, top-end is faster than it used to be, and less engine braking on decel.

The only negative thing that happened is that it died once when I was coasting in 1st with the clutch pulled in and almost died again in the same situation later. I'm hoping it's a fluke and will run better at low RPM once I finally use up all the 87 and put 91 octane in like they recommend. But idk if that would make any difference in that aspect...

It looks like AGM batteries require a higher resting voltage to be fully charged.

My guess is the Battery Tender was not doing that, and assumes all batteries are regular lead acid which require a voltage of 12.2-12.5 volts. This new charger I got will charge AGM batteries and maintain them at a higher charge voltage of around 13 volts, so I will let you know if that fixes the problem.

I'm just going to give this battery tender to my mom and use the Oximiser for my bike and whatever else.

got the frame guards mounted and the mounting tabs for the new face plate finalized. Just gotta wait til it warms up a bit to paint them and drill out the holes for the running lights

Tuesday I am test riding a forty-eight and an Indian scout. My guess is I'll go with the scout.

Yeah we will see. I’d like to make something happen but its just a consideration at this point. Definitely leaning towards a YZ450fx if I were to go the 4 stroke route.

I gotta admit the new Husky 250 FI 2 stroke would be amazing. Don’t think I could justify the price tag on one of those at the moment though. Maybe in a couple years when the used ones start hitting the market.

Me and my dad have always talked about the trans american trail. Maybe one day! I would honestly just spend the money for adobe premiere elements. I have made go pro videos with it and its not hard to do and runs pretty smoothly on my laptop. Go pro studio is great....when it works right, without crashing....which is hardly ever.

Where is your go pro mounted in the vid? Looks awfully shaky

It's mounted on my windshield, the KLR is know for pretty bad vibrations. I will most likely mount it on my helmet to cut that problem out and let the camera see what I see.

I want to get a gopro that mounts to the helmet on a chin mount, mostly to critique my curves and see if I'm taking the lines I think I am. Not sure what to get though. I don't want to spend a lot of money, but I want a decent video.

Im thinking chin mount as well but I'm not sure if it will work on my Arai XD4. I feel like If I place the camera on top or on the side it will get snagged on a limb and ripped off.

Finally starting to build the triple. Among the many list of items I need, can anyone recommend a good small battery? I have read mixed reviews and am not sure of what I need as far as CCA for a 750. Trying to keep it compact since I'll be hiding it out of the way along with most of my electronics. Weight isn't a huge concern, but I'd like something that is maintenance free (sealed/AGM, etc) that I can mount horizontally.

Saw the Anti-grativy 8 cell and that's about at the top of my price range, but wondering why a $50 battery couldn't do the same thing with a little more weight. I'm more interested in a small size than a light battery.
