I would say as a mod you need to be able to keep your head just to not do stuff like that you can't just swing the hammer on shit that irritates you. I haven't even seen her as a mod before today, must be new.

The overhead 600 volt dc propulsion power stopped on one of the train lines here. I WAS on my way to a junction of 2 trolley lines to throw the switch back and forth for the different routes. Now I don't have to and will be tending to other problems we're experiencing.

Yeah, we get pretty wicked winds here too in front of big storms. They often blow 30-40 mph with gusts upto 75 mph straight out of the South. They blew all night last night...when I let my dog out to feed him this morning i had to hunt his stainless steel bowl (not exactly light) down. The wind had blown it off the porch out into the middle of the yard.

As a kid the power use to go out all the time during storms. But it rarely does now. The utility company finally buried the majority of the service lines, so outage are far and few between.

Hope the trains running into NYC from NJ aren't having issues or my sis and bil could be up shit's creek.

We have downed trees all over the place blocking the train, hitting the overhead power, and causing general Fuckery. They just stopped all trolleys at the next station they come to.

I was heading to meet the driver for my shipment of roofing tin and one of the houses garbage cans blew out of their yard and in front of my truck. I just laughed for a bit reminded me of the movie twister with stuff just blowing all over.

You guys with swingouts. Can y’all snap pictures of the hinge that allows it to swing and maybe the locking mechanism too? Might add one to my trailer since I need to put a back on it.

I feel that could be done pretty easily. Might not look as nice but I could get it to function like that.

Swing by Eddy's he uses something similar. Also there are weld on kits you can get that essentially use a spindle. I'll see if I can't find it.

I think 4xinnovations offers DIY stuff, either their website or ATO website. Or maybe it was sosconcepts.

All I know is that this will be a loooooong night. Everything is fooked on these train lines.

This weather has been great for my job. Everything was cancelled so there's just a handful of us here with nothing going on. Been studying off and on all day and watching YouTube! Deciding how I want to redesign my drawer system.

I've been thinking about that lately too, just design, not redesign. You going to rausch tomorrow?
