That's what I did. I get mine from my roofers and steel workers when they leave them behind on my jobsites. I used to call them to let them know they left them behind but they never come to pick them up so I take em and re-purpose them.

Calling all overlanders, looking into making some trips with my girlfriend this spring/summer and she said she wants to be able to "shower."

Looked into some shower bags and DIY PVC pressurized shower ma jiggers. Any thoughts or pics of what yall use? If we're near a river then, no shower needed, but on the beach she would want the opportunity to shower.

I've been enjoying my WaterPort: https://www.thewaterport.com/

I legit took a warm shower in Big Bend last fall after leaving the reservoir in the sun all day.

    Also https://roadshower.com/ is an option.

The mods have probably changed since last update.
Morning Folks. Work has been pretty crazy recently. Ain't it funny how some weeks you could scroll through YouTube or TW for three hours and not miss a thing while other times if you blinked for too long you'd have 10 missed emails, 7 meetings, three angry clients, and an office that caught fire. :goingcrazy:

Here is what we're using. Its got a USB rechargeable battery which is nice while on the road.

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WWNJVF...t=&hvlocphy=9028230&hvtargid=pla-350120337814

We put that pump in a 5 gallon bucket of water and its plenty for a shower. If its cold out we'll boil a kettle of water and dump it into the bucket along with water that's already in there for a nice warm/hot shower.

I added this kit to my bed cubby:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...m-for-the-2005-2018-toyota-tacoma-obw.453005/

Then I plumbed in a triton hot water heater:

    https://www.amazon.com/Camp-Chef-HWD5-Triton-Heater/dp/B001J4AU2E

    And I use 2 7 gallon Aquatainers.

Works pretty good! The only issue is my inebriated ass forgetting to purge the lines of water before it froze during a cold weather camp LOL

Indeed we can sir! I'm planning to get it inspected soon. My plate expired since they're TPW speical plates and b/c its been unregistered for over a year I have to go in person to request new plate and provide the title. Its going to be a pain in the ass but i'm so excited to get it back on the road.

A few of us are (myself included). Come to the Faroutdoors meetup at Zilker on the 17th (9-11am) to check a bunch of rigs out. I can bring the WaterPort with me if you'd like to see it. Follow the Instagram account (@faroutdoors) for info.
