1. SR5 V6 PreRunners are 2WD.. are Texas Editions 4WD? if not, have you installed an LSD or anything to compensate for the shortcomings of an open 2WD?

2. What taillights are those?

3. What prep and paint did you use for your rear bumper?


I also really like the painted cab top! That is not something that I have seen very often and you executed it well!

My truck is 2wd. I have not done anything to it. No LSD or anything.

100% satisfied with them, no issues at all.

I prepped the back bumper by

1. sanded the bare steel
2. acetone wipe down
3. Rustoleum self etching primer
4. Rustoleum rattle can paint

For the roof, I had a shop paint it jet black with gloss clear coat.
(this mod was done to hide a mistake I made involving a carport and mountain bike)
The dents were repaired and I had them paint it black instead of paint matching and blending

@ChadsPride HELP ... my old '80 C3 just got listed for sale by the person I sold it to 6 yrs ago. I though I was done with that old flame but I keep looking ... they only put 500 miles on it and are asking $4k less then they paid me. Would you buy back your old one?
