Want To Buy Tacoma TRD 2015

Hi guys,I am looking at some Tacomas these days.
I sold my Tacoma on the only one condition that i do find a good TRD 2015 before.
There are a couple at my dealer here,but too much mileages.
My intention is to find one with 25 or 30 kilometres on it .
They are rare,but there are some out there.
I have found one that is two hours away in a Toyota Dealer .Possibility that I go and see that one this week end, if it still there.
By any chance anyone of you that might sell his 2015 .
I am saying 2015 because of the price range.Over 2015 ,Man they start to be just out of my price range .

A 2 hour drive to get the truck that you want is nothing in the grand scheme of things.

They're not pizza that you can have delivered to your door.

The one i was looking is alteady sold.
I know that two hours was nt the end of the world! lol
There will be others,just have to find the right choice.

You can save a bunch of money buying in Alberta and shipping to Ontario ($1800).

I spent months looking for my truck. I got an 2014 with 37Kms for $32K in summer of 2015. Next closest in Ontario was $34 for a 2013 with 88K.

My truck was $55K with all the accessories and options.

Found the truck on leasebusters and then worked a deal directly with the dealership

 

Hey Charlot , What is your price range? considering selling mine. it is a black 15 dbl cab TRD trail teams sport MT though and mileage 31000.

Well i am thinking of getting one right now,and making a decision today about it.
The one i am looking is a Limited one ,and full loaded,leather (vinyl) seats,etc etc
A few things are bothering me,so not sure 100 percent yet.
The price i will pay if i buy is 33 thousand.
Too bad that we are very far apart,Man you are in BC?
My nephew works and live right on Lake Louise .

Oh yes I totally understand the distance is crazy. I use to live in Ontario but moved out to Bc almost 6years ago, still have family there and will be coming back in late March (by air) for a few days when I return from Europe.
Yes I am in Bc on Vancouver island though.
Wish you luck with your purchase, leather is awesome, but I have a neosupreme seat covers on my seats.
Yeah I figured I'd want at least 35 for mine as it is I'm excellent condition with lots of extras like blue raised canopy, got a set of 4 runner heated mirrors and illuminated switche brand new from up2nogood (not installed yet). And a few other add ons.
The truck is amazing, the limited editions are awesome aswell, I just don't like the chrome.
What are your bothers/concerns?

Sounds like your Tacoma is amazing.
Yes i agree that chrome is a bit too much,like the handles,,etc.
Though my main concern is that i am pretty sure that there was an accident at some time.
That passenger door behing the driver s side was repainted,,me and my wife think so.
Even the seller told me that it is probably the tape that was there and they did nt sand that section properly,,so maybe he knew about it,,,not sure.
I made another offer on another Ta oma in Ontario today,we ll see tomorrow if they accept my offer on a 2016.
I will pass on the silver 2015 one,i think.
When there is a doubt,it s not very good to buy and be sorry after.
At least if they would have told me,and to give me the ,,Oh i did nt see or we did nt know!
Specially when they tell you that it is in perfect condition,and also that they always do a close inspection on all of there used vehicles ,before putting it for sale at there concession!

Totally understand it blows when dealers/owners don't give full disclosure of the vehicle.

Though it is difficult to track if the vehicle has switched owners numerous times, but 3 years of history is not that complex for a vehicle Imo.

Man,it hapened again yesterday ,and again in Quebec Ile Perrot Toyita Dealer this time!
On those pictures that they have on there website i suspected that the tailgate had some serious dent above the handle near the edge,so i asked the woman that contacted me for the Tacoma.
I asked specifiquely to check if it was the reflection of the camera,or indeed if it was damaged.
She called me and ,oh no Sir the Tacoma is in great condition,and no damage to the tailgate!
When i walked out if my car,i could see it from far.
This seller comes up to me,Hi sir your are the guy that came for this Tacoma?
I told him,first i asked about this damage of this Tacoma,and they told it was find,then he replies,we can fixe that easily,,i told him,oh yes,and you can keep it too, Man,i drove down here for this b.s.
Then he gives me the keys,i just opened it five seconds i could smell smoke of cigarett,,,hummm
Let s just say,it was a complete waste of time..
Now,i am waiting for my Dealer to find me one,,i ve had enough of drivin around for deceptions..

Very nice Tacoma.
Though ,i need 4 full doors on my next one.
Really is too bad,and with only 15 k. on it,,that is rare on a 2015.

Usually when there is doubt, it is not worth a long commute. Dealers always like to sweet talk(liar) customers assuming that the customer won't pick up any issues with a vehicle and also offer warranty, but if you have your mind made up and know exactly what you are looking for I guess you just have to be patient and persistent to find the right one

Though, I have a feeling that you might have to compromise and settle or up your budget a little the longer you wait.

Yes ,absolutely.
I am waiting for the right one,and I certainly will not buy a Tacoma that is in worst shape then my 2007 is,,,lol
Sellers that lies ,just can t stand them,or when i hear them,oh we will fixe that,sure but when we do ask about something ,why can t they at least be honest and not waste our time.
My dealer in town will probably find me one,or if I do see one not too far away ,i will check it out.
Ill keep you posted once we do get one.
