What have you done to your truck lately
You put lock tight on them? If you did then should be good til you rotate your tires.

Specs usually say to re-torque after 50-100 miles. Just did this today on another truck. Re-torque to 10lbs less than initial setting to make sure there is no loosening, should have been set using red locktite on the first go around.

Spidertrax procedure (for Land Cruiser, Tacoma is likely the same)
    -Apply red locktite to threads
-Torque bolts in usual star wheel tightening pattern with cone side of nut facing in
    -Torque to 97ft/lbs
-Drive 50-100 miles (don’t recall which in the spec)
-Remove wheels and recheck specter torque using torque wrench set to 87ft/lbs

Don't over torque them, that's how they snap. Then people end up blaming the spacers, but it was installed incorrectly.
