What do you guys think is the best, longest lasting wax/polish for a vehicle stored outdoors in a climate such as Central FL?

I used this and have been happy so far... alternatively I'd say and quality paint sealant on an annual basis or carnubs 2-3x year. My 2004 S2000 and 2010 TSX both still have immaculate original paint and have been in FL their whole lives.

Lately I’ve been hooked on Colonite 845. Amazing stuff. But really part of the fun of auto detailing is finding the next best thing. Plan on waxing flat surfaces once a month no matter what you use.

I used Colonite 845 last time I waxed, and liked it, but no expert here. (There are some who wax weekly that can give much better suggestions in the detailing forum).Truck is a hangar queen so no data there, but wife's car roof and hood bead water nicely for about 5 months on one application of 845 (treasure/space coast here).

Will use it again. Rememnber need to warm it up before applying in a pot of warm water.

Collonite 845 is one of my favorite waxes due to ease of application, removal and overall shine. I try to wax my vehicles every 3-4 wash ( usually that means about 6 to 8 weeks. I also use a sealant (currently using jet seal because I recently got it on sale at Amazon, but before used wolfgang) twice a year, before winter and before summer

I just purchased jet seal for my new truck. I assume you wax over it. Does it give a better shine?

Florida needs the 476 paste, harder shell protection though more time appling/removing then the liquid 845 the 476 paste will hold up longer & protect better from the FL. sun.
845 was created for ease of application & removal.
    In FL. 476 paste ftw.

Yep, no issues applying a wax over sealant. Like you said, just gives you better shine and preserves the sealant

I put that on my truck before winter and water still beads, looking forward to it warming up soon so I can clean it and put it again!
