You are correct; NST doesn't make pulleys for tacomas anymore. However, they still make pulleys for many different car companies.

Just as an update.Went ahead and installed 2.7" URD stealth pulley.Truck pulls much better and mpg are much better.i can cruise at 70 to 75 getting 16-17mpg now.Im running 33" open country's and 20" fuel maverick wheels with a 3" toytec lift.towing my ultra 300lx jet ski I get roughly 13-14 mpg.

    Current set up:
    TRD charger with 2.7" pulley
    AFE Pro-SI dry intake
    Stock exhaust
    TRD reflash
    AEM 320lph fuel pump

    My afr's did as @Torspd anticipated..11.4 @WOT

    Hope this helps.

@cdelgado14 Thread revival, I’m looking at going to 2.7 + a fuel pump. How long did you run that setup? Any issues?

Thanks, that's very helpful to know. If you wouldn't mind walking me through a bit...

Do I really need an AFR gauge?
You're not running the 7th injector, right?
And do you remember what belt you have?

You dont NEED a AFR gauge, but I like knowing what's going on with the truck, peace of mind i guess you can say.I am not running the 7th injector. As far as the belt I am running the Gates K080702HD Micro-V Belt. You gotta trim 2 ribs off,and that's what I did.I havent had any issues this far with it.

AFR still pegs out at ~11.9, same as it did before the intake and smaller pulley.

I had the 2.7 and I bought the 2.6 with it. Only on for a week and then put the 2.6 on.

Stock tensioner. Running a smaller belt. 69.5 I think. Urd intake.

Great info. Hanging out too much in the s/c tips thread I start thinking I need $10k worth of supporting mods to go to 2.7. How about fuel pump, are you on stock or did you upgrade?

I did the urd upgrade 255 walboro. As long as you have a air fuel gauge to see what ur motor is doing your fine. Nothing gonna happen if your plenty rich.
