Picked this up the last weekend of hunting season, walking to recover a doe I shot. Not a shed, but a broken tine.... does that count :fingerscrossed: Also, the first piece of antler I have ever found. Gonna take a trip to the lease in early April to look for sheds, bucks still with racks here.

anything "dropped" counts in my book. I had a couple little ones last year I found , still neat to find anything in a haystack of sticks IMO.

Shed hunting is very popular in this area,I usually go through my spots 3 or 4 times. All my spots are private land however we have our share of tresspassers.

No dogs here, just 2 cats. No such thing as an ugly antler,we call that character.I display the bigger ones and the matched sets, the rest just get boxed up.

You looking for some;) actually the smaller ones can be a hazard to dogs as they want to swallow them, and that isnt good IMO. The big ones would be ok since they just gnaw on them.

Not sure but I think that pertains skullcaps and deadheads, but not sheds, your right though different states, different laws, rules, regulations.

I walked by a moose paddle 3trips in to the woods, never locked on to it. I know there were many others going past it as well and mabye 80ft off the main atv trail...I ended up finding it while taking breather on the return of the third trip, looked down and there it was....
