Never had any issues, bought from them several times. They don't have all the OEM parts for every vehicle but they are good. Depends what you are looking for but if you need a OEM part you might want to try @gunny1005 @Camelback he has helped me out a couple times and at a very good price and we get a discount here on Tacomaworld.

I've bought many, many parts from Rockauto over the years. Never had a problem. Recently, I've ordered less from them as their shipping has gone up - or at least it seems that way.

You do get what you pay for!

Good Parts for a decent price but cheap China made junk as well.

Watch the Shipping one order coming from 3 places gets real expensive fast

You select the brand. There’s no blanket statement for the quality of parts.

I have used them several times with no issues. As stated above, you choose the brand. Google the brand and part number you are considering and read reviews before buying.

Many of their parts are available in different levels of cost/quality. I usually avoid the cheapest option, and get the best option.

I order from them a lot. Usually don't have problems, but every once in a while there are issues. about 3 weeks ago I ordered 70 seals. I ended up getting a big box with an AC refrigerant line instead. Took them about 5 days to fix the situation, but they did take care of it.

I have ordered a lot of oddball parts that can't be had at the local yokels, mainly for older vehicles.Their shipping can add up,as stuff comes from different locations.

It seems like the front ADD actuator is constantly sold out, must be a high failure part?

I’ve ordered quite a bit, radiator came with a hole in box and damaged core, they sent replacement after requested pictures, did not request original back. no issues,
same order I had ordered DENSO plugs, received NGK with same item number, entirely wrong plug. Once we figured out what happened, they sent correct plugs and I got to keep the wrong ones ( anyone need 6 spark plugs for a 2stroke motorcycle ? )

No issues ordering from them, just minor inconvenience

I did use the DJ Rock head gasket set for the 3.4L been doing fine for the last 4 years. Half the price of the big name gasket sets. I used to be a Fel-Pro follower, got let down to many times

No issues with Rock Auto,I just ordered a Dorman wheel hub assay for the passenger side, I replaced the driver side a couple of weeks ago.Their price was 30 bucks cheaper than the one I bought from Advance Auto. Arrived in time, no issues

I have used them and they seem pretty good. I got a pair of rear shocks for my truck and one of the shocks was defective. I filled out the return form but forgot to pack it with the defective shock when I sent it back. I emailed the form to them and they sent out the replacement no questions asked. I think they are pretty good.

I just ordered lower control arms and one was packaged wrong. They will take it back and ship a new one or let me refund it. I was in the middle of the job so I tried to get one from Advance Auto and they had the same issue, wrong part inside corecr part number box. So it was a Moog problem and not rock auto. And yea the shipping can add up, but I usually find a coupon code that offsets the shipping anyways.
