Manual vs Auto

Manual, because out of the many manual vehicles i’ve owner the tacoma has the best feeling and most satisfying transmission. my 15’ wrx, 14’ jetta, 17’ gti with manuals all were terrible and had sloppy feel and burned out clutches fast. the tacoma with the 6spd is the last of a good thing so i suggest you get one while you can. i go through vehicles frequently and plan on keeping my 19 trd pro until it’s literally not feasible to keep it on the road.

 

This is very true for shitty Ford autos. Two rangers I had eventually went to shit because of this...


On the other hand a Toyota auto requires absolutely nothing, ever ... not joking . Do it and see. By the time a manual guy has done two clutch swaps and fly wheels the auto Guy will have spent $0
