Asking for a buddy that recently moved to Orlando, are there any public off-road tails in Orlando, nothing serious just some dirt roads he can ride on.

Hey John. Tell him to go north to Ocala. Lots of trails out there. There’s also Citrus not tooooo far away. Orlando itself is a wasteland.

Like @Daria (Hi mom!) said, next to nothing around Orlando.

If can find service roads you can always explore them, they can be fun.

I once went down one and ended up at a 15ft tall chain link fence topped with razor wire, I drove along it for a while then happened to stop to read a sign I found on the fence and looked back and saw three plain white trucks hauling ass my direction, down the trail were I had come from, the sign said "Lockheed-Martin Facility you are under surveillance." I quickly vacated the area to avoid confrontation.

The only other real off-roading around Orlando is I4, it's rough enough.

What about on the corner of World center drive and South International Drive.

But Ocala is his best bet.

I’ve been looking for people and trails in Orlando, but keep ending up in Ocala. Lots of stuff to explore around there.

Trails. The entrance was right on the corner, closer to the 417 entrance. You can see it on google maps.

I've been doing Google map searches looking for a place to take the FIL for an "off road trip" and the best I can come up with is doing Ocala FSR roads and some park where you have to pay to enter. Does this sound right?
