Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Out of my ignorance to the ECU's inner workings, does your tuner/tuning suffer from the problem's the bullydog was reported to?

Like the factory computer "learning" back out of the tune for example?

Can larger injectors be used at some point? Just the 6 primary not using a 7th?

To the best of my knowledge bigger injectors are a go and i dont believe it will re-learn old programming. Matt has put a lot of work into this .

Yeah for what is worth, I have not seen any bad info..

Bully Dog had so much bad info/reviews/service I would even have trouble with using it in the Magnuson kit.

Okay everyone.. sneak peak of the Tuning software **alpha version.. lots more in release**

each map will have detailed axis / information / naming
Map help / hint / conversions and tuning help
all major controls for the ECU
many minor controls based on user level (maps can be disabled based on user level)
    working on the color scheme

just a small list of what's inside the ECU. There are many more tables available than just this

If it is mechanical I am pretty damn good at it.

I swore off to much techno-wizardry a number of years ago. There is no "feel" to it and it just gives me a headache.

Sent you a couple of emails, @OVTune... Any idea when you'll have a tune available for my Magnuson Supercharger application that includes a stock (3”) pulley, larger injectors, and Denso Iridium (5345) IKH22 spark plugs gapped at 0.032”, currently coupled with Toyota’s TRD Supercharger Tune. Other performance mods include TRD Exhaust and an aFe POWER Magnum FLOW Pro DRY S Air Filter. (Note that I live at ~7000ft elevation, so most of my driving is between ~5000ft and ~8000ft, where the air is considerably thinner than sea level.)

It's been a while since we did the install but, IIRC, stock injectors were blue while the "High Flow Fuel Injectors" Magnuson includes with their TOYOTA TACOMA 1GR-FE 4.0L V6 SUPERCHARGER SYSTEM, are labeled as "mustard" (dark yellow) colored.

It looks like most tuning software. Most of my experience was using “tunerstudio” with megasquirt and stinger PiMP on my mustang.

After driving several thousand miles on the tune I finally have a complaint! The cold start on throttle-off throttle transition is very abrupt, low speed operation can get very jerky. Once the truck is warm the behavior is gone though.

Also @OVTune I don't suppose we could trade in our handhelds and "upgrade" to the self tune could we? I keep waffling on wanting to be able to play with things.

Unrelated second question: can these ecus support true flex fuel functionality? ie can we add an ethanol content input and the ecu will compensate for E10 up to E85? I'm willing to just run a standalone content gauge and manually switch maps, but it'd be nice if I didn't have to.

Maybe trade in + $100 more for the “upgrade” lol
beginner level is $600 if I remember, tuner level is $700
    Pro level was $800
