Matte grip painted bumper

So I was at my local dealer ship today getting my first scheduled maintenance and I was walking around looking at the shinny things when I came across all of the dealership tricked out rigs. On all of their lifted tundras they painted the bumpers with bed liner. I definitely like it better than the chrome capped bumpers but I feel like this is kind of a chincy mod for a dealership to do. Like you're asking $65,000 for this truck, they couldn't just put a real off road bumper on it?

Looks good. Probably more durable than plasti dip. Actually looking into covering up the chrome on mine, and that's not a bad option
