I say the very middle of the first crossbar on the Prinsu looking straight, with just enough of the hood showing at the bottom of the video?

That was a thought of putting one there that I had that may work pretty well?

I think some people mount it on the center hoop of their bumper as well.

Yes sir, getting off at 4pm and will start the tear down as soon as I can when I get home.

I still need to get the rear fender flares off and get the fenders cut and all that jazz. Going to try and do that this week at some point.

Also need to get some thread sealant so I can finish out the rear locker stuff, getting that today and will try and button that up tonight real quick.

I bet you can get away with leaving the axles attached to the spindles and pulling the axles from the diff and leaving them in place. All you'd have to do is remove the spindle from the lower ball joint mounts on the LCA. I'm pretty sure that would work, but I haven't tried it. It'd save a bunch of extra work though and make the removal/reinstall go faster.

Up to you on what would be better as you had done this before...

Were you going to come over Friday or just be there on Saturday morning bright and early?

depends on when we can get on the road Friday evening and what we do with our dog

I haven't tried to pull the diff without completely removing the axles, so I'd have to look into that before proceeding under that assumption. I don't see why it wouldn't work though. The spindles/hubs should move out enough while still attached to the upper ball joint to allow the axles to pull free of the diff. Maybe @hoarder23 has done it that way before and can chime in.

I will have to check out the instructions from ECGS again and see what it says.

I am going to try and have everything done to where all we have to do is drop and reinstall on Saturday.

If that means I am at that point by 8pm on Friday... then I can work on other stuff or get the truck packed or something...

It would look good but i think without the center bar holding the letters together would look better.

They make those letters out of aluminum, powder coated in whatever color you want. Only a little more than an original cruiser badge
