    Hey guys,

I know it's not much warning, but I'm driving from BC to Maritimes next month (May) looking for anyone that may want to tag along or meetup on the trip. Other than family in Ont. and MB my schedule is pretty blank. Looking to see scenic views and enjoy the country. I'm also looking at doing parts of the Trans Canada Trail.

If anyone is interested or whatever, shoot me a PM. Love to hear from you.

Wife and I are in Quebec for the next few months, been driving across the US & Canada for 11 months now. Holler at me if you'll be over here any time. Would love to explore some trails and camping up here together.

Do you have a thread started of your adventure? Must have seen some awesome stuff if you've been on the road for 11 months now.

Great. Ended up being 3 weeks. Taught me alot of how I want to travel. Also made me realize how beautiful British Columbia is compared to other parts of Canada

Thanks for the offer. DOD this trip in May. Was good because it was cool weather and few campers. If you are ever out west, hit me up. I'm in the planning stages for Alaska/Yukon for next year. Hoping for 6wks or so.

I'm not a writer, and didn't document much. Just not my style of travel. I find it more free to just explore and let worry about photo ops or capturing moments on lens.

I don't mean to thread jack, but we've been to some crazy awesome places, mainly documenting through Instagram, username: @yourlocalnomads

Half ass built a website with map including free camping, breweries, hikes, disc golf courses...etc: www.yourlocalnomads.com

Ok, back to your ordinarily programmed thread of @arctic04trd badass rig in gorgeous places!

Thanks, but it's just a regular tacoma. Haha

What are you doing for showers? Does the FWC have a water heater?

Also, what mods have you done for fuel range? I could squeeze 300 miles out of a tank, if I'm lucky. Otherwise 250ish. This is sketchy when you go around the great lakes region. Never pass a gas station...

Having driven from Winnipeg to Guelph a multitude of times up and over the lakes this is true especially in the middle of winter.

We use an Instant Hot Water Shower in colder weather, it burns a flame to heat the silver water coil that the water pumps through, and in the hotter weather we use a Nemo Helio Pressure shower.

No water heater inside the rig aside from the 2burner stove built in with a pot on.

I hear that, I'm cautious with gas as well. We only have a 5gal jerry with us. There are so many rad roads up there that have seemingly no gas stations anywhere around lol.

So what are you seeing for fuel range then? 200-250 with the FWC?

Nice shower setup. I bought a Mr Heater Boss setup. Pain in the butt. And heavy/awkward. Plus doesnt work how I want it to. I will be going a different route shortly. Also want to do something about fuel.

Still here, enroute to Gaspé for the next few days. Then cruising back to Montreal / St Jerome area for a bit. Going to be fixing up a cabin we inherited over in Wentworth Nord pending our acceptance of it.

Thanks. We were headed out on this trip and some friends got us that hot shower, which we almost didn't accept due to space...so glad we brought it along. Highly recommend, it even comes in its own box that you can put the pump in for water.

Yeah, were right around 250 miles per tank. Would be sweet to install an extra tank, but i feel like bolting abything else of significant weight on here isnt the best, as we're carrying 12gal of water onboard also.
