    3in lift .rims tires led lights all around..tinted with visors..nerf bars steps..
    Hi i got 285 65 18s tires on my 2017 tacoma offroad..with 3 inch lift..the front tires always rubbing when backing up or turning going foward keeps pulling flares off ..what can i do

    I got 285 65 18 ..with 3inch lift ..the truck was at dealer like this ..they told me its suppose to be like that ..also broke my front mudflaps off..

    Yeah i did they sent me to 4wheelparts ..the company that did lift and tires for them ..and they said its suppose to be like that ..

    Agreed, if this was dealer added mods, take it back to them and raise hell till they fix it.

    I agree with others though. If it's a dealer installed lift, tires etc. then yeah take it back and make them fix it.

    Used to have a 2017 Barcelona Red TRD Off-Road DCSB 4x4
    OP. I would start with an alignmemt and have caster set to +3. That will move the wheels forward a bit. Then take off or move the fender plastic out of the way and massage (hammer) the pinch weld up. Then get a heat gun and melt the fender liner out ot the way. Then get a dremel and chop off any plastic that still rubs. Lastly do a CMC with an angle grinder.

    I have done all this in the last few weeks since going with my OME, spacers, 17" wheels and 285/70/17 tires.

    Oh and forget about the mud flaps...they have to go.
