    All that I know of is the MAF Calibrator, its not a programmer but as close as you will get. Our Tacoma's are already tuned up pretty well from the factory. However a few people use superchip you can look into that. Claiming something like 26hp.

    The two best ECU tuning devices on the market for the 1GR are the APR X-1 ECU controller, and then the Map ECU 2 piggyback.
