    You have to file an examination hearing for Nathan to attend and discuss assets, bank info, etc... In the event he doesn't show, he will be in contempt and take things from there once the courts go looking for him.
    The examination hearing needs another set of filing papers which you then have to serve him once again.
    It's just insane to me the shit the government makes us have to go through to get what is ours. I'm starting to see it's nothing but a cash grab. There is so much paperwork involved filing this shit that I understand why people don't bother.
    The system is very one sided and doesn't help people like us. I've read where even paralegals are complaing to the government.

    It will take a good year for the system to process it, that's how slow it is...
    For example assault that happened last year on May 9th (guy tried to cut my face over a coffee lol) is going into trial only tomorrow, a year later!
