Bummer but I got one for the same thing a year or two ago and no, the ramp isn't part of the sidewalk so yes you(and I) were both 100% blocking the sidewalk. Might as well delete the rant though, learn, and move past it. Blocking a crosswalk is also a no-no but people often don't stop behind the first line like they're supposed to forcing pedestrians out into the traffic lane to get by. Point being, the sidewalk is a pedestrian right of way, not part of the driveway, so although you can traverse it you're not allowed to block it. It's always the responsibility of the vehicle to avoid obstruction rather than the pedestrian "go around" even if it's easy.

    Quite a lot!
How much did those set you back (if you don't mind me asking)?

Technically you are on 100% of sidewalk. Granted I understand your point but the bricks aren't considered sidewalk. He a sick about it though

Supposed to get a foot more this weekend... although I'm guessing you're in line for some as well up your way.

Buffed out my headlights today with mothers Al polish. One day I will replace them with ones that don't have spiderweb cracks., but not today.

Sunday I installed Firestone ride Rite airbags on my 2011 prerunner. They are awesome, I have been changing pressures to get a sense of the ride. This was my first mod ever.

Are you in the Imperial Beach area? I have property in the Bankers Hill neighborhood and my tenants always get tickets for sticking a foot or so into the sidewalk. Those meter maids are like fly's on shit in that area. My father in law once got tired of cars partially blocking his driveway (also in Bankers Hill) so he painted about a foot of red on the ends and my wife got a ticket once for en-crouching on the illegally painted red. I jokingly told him he is responsible for paying his daughters ticket and he said to me without skipping a beat, "go and tell your wife not to block my driveway next time". I miss him dearly.

I'm sorry dude, but that is 100% blocking the sidewalk. Even though you have brick there, that isn't the sidewalk - that is the median strip and it is to be treated as if it were grass.

The same shit everyone else has.
Finally got around to finishing the fairing for my DIY rack. It is 99% done, I just need to paint the mounts once it warms up.

(Ignore the condensation in the light bar, its a cheapy one that needs resealed. Also ignore the ugly wiring for the side light, its just temporary as I was test mounting them)

I have a set of fishing rod holders designed and planned for this rack, I just need to pick up hardware now.

All and all, Im happy. I may end up changing the mounts for the light bar to hide them better but for now they dont bother me enough to worry about.

I bought a used Leer 700 tonneau cover today. Went to my bro’s hoping to slap it on quick but was getting too late to mess around trying to figure it out as we went. Plus I need to replace some hardware. Have to search for some install instructions... Leer does not have them on their website. Hopefully someone here has some pics or a write up.

Ended up hanging out in the garage and my bro had some extra LED bulbs kicking around. Ended up replacing dome and map interior bulbs. And also the rear license plate bulbs. Difference was like night and day...

Also where did ya get that light bar? I'm assuming is a 20", correct?
