hey TW, I have the fox 2.5 coilover with remote resi, I’m trying to adjust them but the reservoir hose on the passenger side is in the way. Are you able to loosen the nut so you can swing the hose up or will you loose pressure by doing that? Thanks!

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
That's a tricky situation. Depending on which way it needs to be turned. What will happen is that you will lose a little bit of oil, not totally messing up the shock, but if you lose too much, you're going to have to do something about it. I suggest figuring out either removing the shock from the vehicle to make the adjustment, or, still remove the shock from the vehicle to re position the reservoir hose so the that adjustments can be made on the vehicle. There is an oring seal, so you can reposition it carefully enough as to where you won't have any oil loss, you just need to have an understanding about how much to loosen, adjust, and tighten. My best suggestion is to adjust the preload off of the truck, second best is to de pressurize the shock down to about 20psi and adjust the hose to where you need it, then represurize to Fox's suggested pressure, prob 250psi. If any of this is beyond your scope and you don't feel comfortable, seek professional assistance. I'm sure Fox customer service will have great advice for you. Let me know if you need anything at all, I'll be happy to help.

Are you trying to use the Fox spanner wrench to adjust them? I believe you can use a punch instead, but cant remember the size to adjust them on the vehicle with the resi shocks.

Glad you figured it out. For the record, I adjusted with a 5/16" punch from harbor freight and didn't need to move the resi at all.

Just as a heads up, the 5/16" punch wouldn't fit in mine. 8mm fits, though.

Not sure. I ended up cutting the end off 2 screwdrivers that fit perfectly. It's easier turning it w/2 devices @ once.
