Gotcha, thanks for the heads up. My load capacity was great even with the shackles too far forward on the mount. I was pretty much hauling 1/2 ton worth of bikes and gear twice a month for the past two years, and never had any issues with these expo leafs.

Does the washer stay? Just drilled through or go like the rivet

Ok, so i installed this kit a while back and realized my dakars are flat. How should i set them to re arch the springs? Im on the middle hole on both spots.

The shackle flip won't affect the arch in your springs. You could move the shackle back one hole to help the shackle angle. The arch in your spring is sagging because your spring is overloaded or worn out.

I can't tell the shackle angle very well from the first picture. Is the second picture at full droop? That shackle angle is pulled too far forward imo.

I would say that angle is fine. You want 40 - 45 degrees from vertical at ride height, which looks pretty close to what you've got there.

I have a 3 inch lift with blocks in the back. Will I need to get longer shackles? To accommodate the lift?

I'm thinking of either going to the B110 shocks or 5160's. How do you like the B110?

If you are trying to remove the 3" blocks then you would need the shackle flip and the extended shackles to be at 2" of lift. If you're just trying to keep the height you have now you don't need the long shackles.

I want to get rid of the blocks and keep the lift. So get the extended shackles?
