Dual cases, triple sticks, 4.88’s, Harrop e-locked f/r, 35’s, boosted

Finished up the bumper last week, it will eventually get a center hoop Also built the sliders a few months ago, I came up with a weld on, bolt on version. 1/2” Threaded plates are welded to the frame, then the sliders are bolted to them with 16 grade 8 1/2” bolts per side, it’s plenty sturdy!

So my first project anything like this was the front bumper a few weeks ago. Yesterday I finally got motivated enough to try a rear bumper. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them. If nothing else I can say I built them myself.

So cut up my old tailgate, here’s what it might look like...I’m not a big fan of the openings on either side. Nothing is fixed in place, I just set the tail gate on top of the existing tubes

Yeah, covering the hinges is kinda tricky , thinking I just might repurpose tailgate as a fold down table and mount it on the inside.

First set of sliders. Have made a few bed racks. About to sell my pelfreybilt and build a hybrid style bumper.

2” square is 3/16” Frame plates are 3/16”
