Stock t4r, xterra, and burban made it your 3rd gen can as well none of that is super technical and stock height you're golden. I wouldn't mind riding those trails just to see. If you want we could head out there one weekend.

These trucks are bigger and less nimble to a certain extent than the 1st gen. Also much taller from the factory so more capable from the get go.

Leonard Truck accessories on South Blvd. and Leonard in general is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with. I ordered a replacement windoor on February 9th, paid for it, and was told it should be in on the next truck the following week.

I got a call the following week that it came in. Cool. So I show up and they can’t find it. It didn’t come. How can you call someone and say they can pick up when nobody has even verified. Mistakes happen, I brushed it off, “it will be on the next truck” they said.

Next week same call, I go there and then they say it’s the wrong window. Again, thanks for verifying after I drive over here. “It will be on the next truck”.

I let a few weeks go by and called about my order. Weather delayed deliveries, should be in soon.

A few more weeks and I decide to go there and ask what the fuck. Oh, there was a mistake with the order this and that and blah blah blah.

So dude promises me it would be in this past Tuesday, but oh, somebody forgot to put it on the truck. Finally it showed up today. I gave the guy shit and he acted like he did me a favor finally getting it to me. Yea, great job.

Heed my warning. Leonard fucking sucks.

Hence why I like ARE shells. The ARE dealers I've been to have been cool guys really taking their time and talking. The Leonard or LEER dealers have sucked don't want to help you any etc. Glad you finally got your long awaited windoor!

Here is my dash cam from the toughest part of Brown Mountain. As you can see it’s easy, I didn’t even air down. I will say it’s steeper than the video makes it look, ruts are fairly deep too, was glad for ATRAC.

Real men just call it camping
I cut a window in mine to today. It's amazing how much dust is made even when you think the detached camper shell is far enough away from your truck. I can't imagine how bad it was for you with the camper shell attached.

You should have come over and used my lift for the shell, would have at least kept the truck clean.

I didn’t think it was going to be that bad, I just needed to shave the opening a bit larger. Damn the dust was crazy. It would have made a mess in your garage!

Thanks! Doing it myself was not that bad, good learning experience. The biggest pain was just working around the truck in some of the not so accommodating sections of my garage.
