I rarely ever have an alignment done on any vehicle. However, I don’t off-road or have any suspension mods.

Currently have 170,000 miles on this truck and it rides straight as an arrow, mostly highway driving where I’d really feel it if were out of line. Truck is completely stock, I run Cooper SRX tires.

On a stock truck camber and caster are adjusted at the LCA. Toe is adjusted at the tie rod ends. Some aftermarket UCAs have camber and/or caster adjustment. Trying to get camber and caster on the LCA adjustment cams is the reason that we reach a limitation on lifted trucks. The front and rear cams have to be adjusted counter to each other to change the caster, but in unison to adjust camber. If one of the cams ends up against the limit during the caster adjustment, the ability to adjust camber is limited too. Caster has to be backed off to get good camber or you will get tire wear and pulling. If the stock truck simply had camber adjustable UCAS, we would be fine.
