Toytec 1/4" top plate

Does this look right? Seems to me like it's not sitting together correctly and I got a little more lift than expected. Perhaps it all needs to settle a bit. Thoughts?

Top hat looks ok, can you show the cups on the bottom?

 

I'll have to get a picture in the morning but it looks fine on the bottom to me. I think the spacer now occupying the space where the hat once fit, kind of makes the hat look odd.

 

I had the exact same concern when I looked in there one day, mechanic told me its 100% fine.

How much lift did you get out of the 1/4” spacer?

 

Turned out to be about half an inch.

 

Sounds right.

 

Spacers lift 2x their height.
1/4” spacer = 1/2” lift
1/2” spacer = 1” lift
