Yeah I probably should. I could probably get the tires soon because I can sell my current tires and recoup most of my money back. Still deciding on which locker to get though.

That's smart with the tires. That's what I did!

And the coopers will help with traction until I can get a locker and once that is put in I’ll be where I want to be and able to go most anywhere I need to.

I was thoroughly impressed with the MTPs yesterday. Aside from when I high centered, I barely lost traction at all! They gripped great.

Yeah I’m about 99% sure those are what I’m getting. Just gonna keep it at 265. I like that size on my truck so I have no reason to go up anymore right now.

Haha just for what I do it’s not worth jumping up one size. But later on if I jump from 32” to 35” it’ll be a bigger jump. But from 265 to 285 it’s not worth the extra $150-$200.

Dude your grandpa collects used flap discs. If the amount of debris in that shop could tell a story I am sure they could tell them for an eternity. Did your grandpa help you with the project? The mounting system for the rack is ingenious!

MTPs compared to other tires in it's class are a good price. I would take them any day over the BFG KM2 or the Wrangler MTR.

Oh yeah and he knows where every little thing is in that shop. He gets the flappy discs from my cousin who welds for a living. They have to get a new blade after even a little use so he brings all the barely used discs to them. My uncle runs a RV and general repair business out of the shop so he has everything I need to build anything.

He helped me with the idea. We threw stuff back and forth until we came up with that.

I’d have to find some 17s though but that’s probably the next jump up.

Finally have a dechromed tacoma! Thanks again @rogs6266 for hauling it all the way down from OH to me. I really appreciate it Ryan!

It was a booger to install but I got it on with a little help from my roommate.
