As far as the truck goes, I was still getting some death wobble, so I took the truck to K&J tire in Hilo, and they do road force balancing there, and their machine is big enough for bus tires and stuff so 37s were no issue for them. One rear tire was still out of round, and they tried everything they could to get it true. They took apart that Hutchinson wheel 3 times trying to reposition the tire on the wheel. It was reading over 0.050" if runout on that tire, and the best they could get it was 0.040". Still out of tolerance, but better, and it made a difference on the highway. Bed doesn't shake as bad at +50mph, and I haven't had death wobble since the visit to the tire shop.
Now I just need to slap the hydro assist ram on the front axle, and mount the king hydro bumps on the front and rear... any day now...

Oh and I also need to put on my BAMF rear shock mounts and get some 12" King's for the rear, and a new leaf pack

Great investment if you can afford a house condo or townhouse they typically appreciate rather quickly. I down graded from a house in Hawaii Kai bought for 700k in 2010 sold for 1.12 in 2015. In 2015 bought a town house in kahaluu for 470k and now it would go for 565k. Forget renting if you can.

All we need is the superferry to come back and we all can visit and wheel with you up there.

Not much going on with the truck. I can't down it till my wife gets here with her truck. It's my only wheels, so I can't put it on jack stands to work on the HA or hydro bumps.
But one thing I finally did was drill holes in the pelfreybilt bumper for the license plate. I got tired of cutting off the zip ties every time I needed to use the winch. There are always tourist stuck in the mud on the side of the road, and I also used it to safely cut down a tree.

Used the snatch block to make sure it falls away from the house, and my truck.

Posted this on my IG, but forgot to add it here. Went down to south point to check it out since @squint0241 was visiting.

Had some pretty good off roading. I hit a couple climbs and drop downs that would have been a little sketchy with the IFS, and rick got out to shoot video, but it was so easy with the sas that it was a really boring video...

And we also checked out halemaumau crater.
