Were you at the CO FJ meet on Sunday? Didn't go through all of the rigs. Let us know what you think of the LP9s :)

Hey Bailey. I was supposed to be but planned changed for me. I was actually going to pick up my lights on Sunday at the event. But due to the changes I picked them up Saturday and got them installed. Kind of worked in my favor. :D

Super impressed with the build quality on the lights. Now I need time to test them at night and aim them a bit. More pics to come once I have that done. ;)

That's pretty cool! I like the size. It would be cool if you could add walls to it though.

    What haven’t I changed?
I was wondering why you sold your old BD LaPaz lights. Do the amber DRLs come on automatically with your marker lights, or are they switched separately?

    Asking for a friend :anonymous:

I have not found a single light to put above the windsheild that does NOT provide glare on the hood. The La Paz were spot beams and I needed some driving/flood fill closer in. So I decided to go with the LP9s in driving/spot combo to take care of both. I will no longer have lights on the roof above the windshield at all. Waste of money.

The amber backlight can be wired to DRLs or the parking lights. The harness you buy to go with the LP9s has a nice "tap in" leg just for that. I wired them to my parking lights since I do not have DRLS.

And while I do not have night time pics yet, I can say these lights are fricking blinding! :D

No good ones yet. I was so excited in the desert I kind of forgot. Can't take a pic from up front they melt retinas. :D

This is all I got. On top of Schnelby Road above Sedona. Basically the spots shooting a couple of miles off into space. :)
