    Maybe me just being lazy but do I really have to park on a flat surface in front of a wall? Asking because driveway is slanted and garage is full of boxes.

    I don't suppose it's extremely crucial, but can still be done on an incline. Mark the stock lights, then do the install, and just aline the new lights.

    My driveway is also inclined, I just put tape right on the garage door, while it was closed, so that I could adjust the new light throw to match close to OEM.
